Program / Online Training
For those with more experience who want to work with us, we offer programs and online training packages.
You’ll still be working with one of our coaches who will run you through our assessment process, but you’ll train yourself.
You get a custom plan that will be put together for you based on your goals, background, training experience and the information we gather from the consultation, as well as a diet plan to fit your lifestyle and support in working toward optimising your stress levels, gut health, sleep and life outside of the gym.
Your trainer will check in with you either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your needs to keep you on track, make adjustments and to make sure your getting the most out of training.
