Starting 1-1 training

The first step to starting 1-1 training is to fill out the online consultation form. Once we’ve received your answers we’ll match you with the trainer we think will be best suited to you or alternatively you can request a specific trainer.

After that you'll book in for a face to face consultation (free of charge) where the trainer will go over everything in detail with you and discuss a plan to get you on track to start seeing results!

Prices vary depending on how many sessions per week your looking for and which trainer you sign up with, so after you’ve filled in the online consultation the trainer that gets in touch with you will give you a list of package prices.
